Inside Out may not be hitting theaters for another 260 days (June 19, 2015), but the excitement for the film has been felt among Pixar fans for what seems like an eternity (
CinemaCon 2012 announcement). Today marks "opening season" for news related to the upcoming film with the release of the first one-minute-and-thirty-five-second trailer, a news article and a promotional website for the film. The trailer, released on
Pixar's YouTube channel, showcases many of the emotional moments from past Pixar films and then takes us to the main attraction - some sneak peeks from the film while listening to the soothing bass riff of Aerosmith's,
Sweet Emotion.
PROMOTIONAL SITE
In addition to the release of the first teaser trailer, Pixar has also launched a new promotional website called
Inside Out Motion Poster where it links to all the additional sites, including the soon-to-be-launched,
official Disney website based on the movie. The movie / motion-poster from the website is embedded below.
