For many, aspiring to work within the walls of Pixar Animation Studios is the dream of dreams. Well, this upcoming Fall 2019 kicks off a new and exciting internship opportunity for those current college students and recent graduates.
The current Fall 2019 internship openings are within seven different departments: Archives, Consumer Product Design, Diversity & Inclusion/Giving & Outreach, Infrastructure Resources, Production Support Engineer, Systems Mac Team, and Technical Direction. Pixar internships typically last on average of 12 weeks to 6 months, with the interns working alongside filmmakers developing current projects.
In addition, to the incredible firsthand experience, interns will receive many perks including access to company-wide events and amenities (such as screenings, lectures, fitness facilities, and food). The Pixar interns are also welcomed to actively participate in Pixar's social, educational, and civic programs. Another great perk of the Pixar internship program is that you get paid for your talent and will receive housing assistance (offered to non-local interns).
